Medicine ball
A medicine ball is a weighted ball used for throws, slams and rotations that build explosive power and coordination between the upper and lower body. Chest passes, overhead slams and Russian twists are typical examples. Pick a ball light enough to move fast and make sure you have a solid wall or partner when throwing. Start with a weight of two to four kilograms and focus on speed rather than load.
