Gym tracker and exercise library

Log every set, rep and weight, then watch your progress over time. The public exercise library below helps you find movements for the muscle group and equipment you have.

What a gym tracker is for

Most lifters keep a few numbers in their head, which makes it hard to know whether you are really getting stronger. A tracker lets you log each workout, exercise, set, rep and weight and compare it with last time. That is how you apply progressive overload, the foundation of every muscle and strength programme.

You can build your own workout templates and schedule, review your history and set goals for each lift. Your data is tied to your account, so you can open it on your phone or computer. Account features are still being finished; you can sign up now to be among the first users.

The public exercise library

The library holds 876 exercises with photos, primary and secondary muscles, the equipment needed and a difficulty level. Browse by 17 muscle groups or 12 types of equipment. Popular movements such as the squat, deadlift, bench press, pull-up and plank come with a written introduction and detailed instructions.

The exercise data comes from the open-source free-exercise-db project (Unlicense). Vietnamese names and instructions are written for this site; English instructions are shown for the exercises that are not yet translated.

How to get started

If you are new, pick a simple three-day programme built on compound lifts: a squat, a press, a pull and an overhead press. Read the instructions for each exercise in the library, start with light weights and log the results. Once you finish every set with good technique, add a little weight next session.

If you want to estimate your energy needs for a goal, try the BMI and calorie calculator in the tools section.
